We want you to love your TOMS, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on unworn products within 30 days of delivery. Every TOMS purchase helps support grassroots efforts, and we thank you for being a part of our community.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn items in the original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
